Our only quibble was that we ordered both window decals and removable decals and it was difficult to distinguish which was which. Would have been nice to have those packages labeled.

How are custom decals for windows made?
We print your artwork directly onto 3.4 mil vinyl using UV inks, then cut it to your chosen size or shape with precision equipment.
Can I get my window decal in a custom size or shape?
Yes. You can order exact dimensions and choose from cuts like standard rectangle, circle, oval, halo (contour), or exact cut to match your design. Design help is always available if you need it.
Are there any design guidelines for creating window decals in a custom shape?
Artwork should include a clear cut line around the edges of the shape so our printers know exactly where to trim. Avoid overly thin lines or small details under ½ inch, as they can be difficult to cut cleanly.
What’s the difference between inside glass and second surface decals?
Inside glass decals are printed in reverse so they can be applied to the inside of the glass and still be viewed correctly from the outside. Second surface decals are applied directly to the outside surface of the glass.
How do I apply custom decals for windows?
Clean the surface thoroughly, peel the backing, and apply the decal slowly from one side to the other while pressing out bubbles with a squeegee or card.
Can I reposition the window decal after the fact?
Standard vinyl decals are not designed for repeated repositioning. You can adjust slightly during installation, but they’re not made to be used more than once.
So are these custom window decals reusable for events?
Not our custom clear window decals or perforated window vinyl. However, our static clings are an excellent alternative that let you reuse the decal time and time again.
Do vinyl window decals work on non-glass surfaces?
They adhere best to smooth, non-porous surfaces like glass, metal, or polished plastic. Rough or porous surfaces don’t hold the decal well.
Do I have to invert my design for it to appear properly?
Only if you are ordering inside glass decals. In that case, the design must be reversed before printing so it displays correctly when viewed from outside. Get in touch with our team if you feel uncertain about designing your custom window decals.
