We print on 600D (denier) polyester, a commercial-grade fabric that’s water-resistant, flame-retardant, and ideal for outdoor use. It’s thick and still flexible at the same time.
Our 600D polyester fabric is treated with a water-resistant coating. While it's not fully waterproof like vinyl tarpaulin, it should be plenty of protection against light rain and splashes.
10x10 ft is the most popular option for farmers markets, trade shows, and small brand activations. Larger formats like 10x15 or 10x20 might make sense if you need more space for products, foot traffic, or visual branding.
Our 10x10 canopy tent with full print and aluminum frame weighs roughly 40–55 lbs, but it depends somewhat on the amount of printed panels and add-ons (walls, valances, carry bag, etc.).
Pricing depends on tent size, number of printed sides, and optional add-ons. A fully printed 10x10 tent starts around $499 to $699, with larger tents and extra wall panels increasing the total. You’ll see real-time pricing updates as you build your tent online.
Our tents feature heavy-duty aluminum frames with reinforced joints and push-button sliders. This, coupled with high-tensile 600D polyester, makes them a no-brainer choice for frequent commercial use, including exposure to wind and sun.
White or light-colored canopies reflect more sunlight and stay cooler underneath, especially in summer. Darker tents absorb heat and may become uncomfortable in direct sun - but they do tend to stand out more visually, so it’s a tradeoff.
Our custom printed canopy tents can last 2-3 years or more with regular use and proper care since we use the best materials and printing process. Occasional-use tents (like for seasonal events) may last even longer.
We don’t recommend it. The materials are weather-resistant, but long-term exposure to UV rays, wind, and rain will cut into that lifespan we mentioned above. Take the tent down when not in use, or use tent weights and weather covers if you must leave it outdoors for extended periods.
We recommend using weighted bags, sandbags, or stakes (depending on the surface). All tents include anchoring loops at the base of each leg. Weighted bags are best for concrete or pavement; use stakes and ropes on grass or dirt.
Don’t drag the fabric on the ground, fold it while wet, or expose it to sharp objects. Remove the canopy in extreme wind conditions to prevent tearing or strain on the seams.
We offer standard ground shipping across the continental US, but you can choose faster shipping options at checkout. Most tents ship within 3-5 business days, depending on print complexity and order volume.
We recommend uploading your logo in vector format (AI, EPS, or PDF with outlines). High-resolution PNGs or JPEGs may also work but must be at 150–300 DPI at full print size to avoid pixelation.
Yes. We print in full CMYK color, so you can use any color, gradient, or photo imagery. We encourage you to include Pantone (PMS) values if you have them for complete brand accuracy.
