Grommet Placement
Grommets on foam core board are great if you want to hang the board from hooks or rope. The grommet goes through the board and adds support to hang on a wall or fencing. The grommet size is #2 ⅜," the interior dimensions are .36" and the grommets' exterior dimensions are .84". When you select grommets, they will be placed .75" on center from each corner of the board.

No, unfortunately, foam board signs are not waterproof. Foam boards have a paper face and foam center and can dent, bend, and crease very easily left outdoors. If left outside, foam board signs bend and warp in harsh weather, so it's highly recommended to seek other display sign options that offer more robust weatherproof properties like aluminum, yard signs, and PVC signs.
